Electronic products are delivered by email, usually within 1 working day of your order.

Physical products are shipped out either from Cassie in the UK or from Monicka in Canada. We aim to ship everything ASAP. As you know, international shipping can sometimes be slow. We would normally expect you to receive your delivery in the post within about a week.
